When I was first looking at this office space, I ran into two separate people who told me what good experiences they’ve had with the management and property here. That matches my experience exactly. I find the managers (Timothy Cahill and Christine Cahill-Reams) to be very approachable and responsive.

The offices are well-built well-maintained. The few times that I’ve had a question or concern about a maintenance issue, the response has been prompt and thorough. The security is also very good here, and they seem quick to respond if they see anything out of place.

There’s a good selection of sizes and configurations, and nice landscaping. The managers are extremely open to discussing your individual needs and showing you a variety of office configurations to help you meet your needs. The soundproofing is good. The insulation is excellent, and I love that I can control my own thermostat! Last but not least, there is plenty of parking, and good signage on the road to help clients who are trying to find the office for the first time.

I have been very happy with both the physical space and the management at Cottage Center, and I would recommend this complex to others who are looking for office space in the Arden area.
